So! You have seen the pictures, talked with us, fiercely debated on which room you wish to rent... Now you are ready to book it and start your stay in your new home! Well here is how you do it, in a few simple and transparent steps.

1 First you need to contact us in our official email address: Hello@TheLocalsAthens.gr or send us a message through the template in the CONTACT section.

2 Please state who you are, the room you wish to rent and the period you are interested for.

3 We will look for availabilities and get back to you ASAP!  

4 Secondly we will ask you for some documents. In particular a copy of your Passport and any documentation explaining your stay in Athens; A letter of acceptance from your hosting Uni (for Erasmus students) or a letter from your organisation you are employed at (for Interns & volunteers) will do.

5 Then, we will send you the contract, you are free to read it, ask any questions about it and sign it ( or you can sign it upon your arrival.

6 Finally we ask that you secure your reservation with a security deposit at a specified account. ( Attention! Reservations are not finalised without a Security deposit)
